Terms:
Domestic: Net 30 days upon credit approval, cash in advance, or C.O.D.
International: Prepayments, or Wire Transfer prior to shipment. $50.00 international export fee will be charged to shipments outside of the United States. Shipping terms are on a collect bases.

F.O.B:
All prices are F.O.B. factory, Oakland, CA unless otherwise agreed. Shipments are sent prepaid and freight and handling are added to the invoice.

Breakage:
Company policy extends beyond the care needed to fabricate and furnish strong and durable products. Every care is exercised in the packaging of products being shipped in an effort to prevent breakage during shipment. If however breakage does occur, please report any damage to delivering carrier and G.M. Associates, Inc. immediately. We will not honor claims for damage or breakage after 10 days.. Do not discard the packing material or parcel until the carrier or its agent has completed the damaged report necessary to substantiate your claim for reimbursement. We cannot be responsible for filling of claims shipped freight collect. Consignee must process claims for collect shipments.

Minimum Order:
Minimum order is $50.00 US Dollars.

Returns:
All request for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Credit will be issued on items with advanced written authorization only. Stock orders may be returned within 30 days with a 20% re-stocking fee. Special orders may not be returned. Policy for returned, defective material requires an RMA (Return to Manufacturing Authorization) number.
