G.M. Associates, Inc. Terms and Conditions

All purchase orders and shipments are subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting an order to G.M. Associates, Inc., you are indicating that you have read, understood, and approved all the following terms and conditions.

Charges:

We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. A $50 fee will be added for returned checks. Wire transfer information will be provided on request.

Taxes:

CA State taxes will be applied as required by law. A current resale card must be on file prior to shipment for resale orders.

Shipping:

We will ship partial orders unless otherwise instructed. We reserve the right to withhold shipments of any customer whose account is in arrears.

Price and Availability:

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.

Breakage:

Every care is exercised in the packaging of products being shipped in an effort to prevent breakage during shipment. If, however, breakage does occur, please report any damage to your delivering carrier immediately. Do not discard the packing material or parcel, or proceed with unpacking, until the carrier or its agent has completed the damage report necessary to substantiate your claim for reimbursement. Additionally G.M. Associates, Inc. must be notified of any breakage or damage within 10 days of receipt of shipment. We will add insurance on all shipments unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. G.M. ASSOCIATES, INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BREAKAGE. YOUR SOLE RECOURSE FOR BREAKAGE IS WITH YOUR DELIVERING CARRIER AND/OR ANY AVAILABLE INSURANCE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

Returns and restocking:

If there is any problem with your order, you must contact G.M. Associates, Inc. within 10 days of receipt of shipment. If warranted, an authorized G.M. Associates, Inc. representative will issue a return authorization number (RMA Number) and instruct you on how to return your order. G.M. Associates, Inc. will not be responsible for material returned without a valid RMA number or shipments returned not following our instructions. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days after issuance.

G.M. Associates, Inc. will restock certain items, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Special order parts cannot be returned.

Warranty and Disclaimer:

G.M. Associates, Inc. will replace any item found to be defective or not in conformance with published specifications. We make no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. G.M. ASSOCIATES, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS, FEES, EXPENSES, CLAIMS, OR DAMAGES, ARISING OR ALLEGEDLY ARISING FROM ANY DEFECT, UN MERCHANTABILITY, OR UNFITNESS FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE OF ANY PRODUCT.
