Quality Inspection

Inbound:
Inbound material is fully inspected and documented to ensure highest quality products.

In-Process:
Parts are inspected in-process by shop floor operators, technicians and supervisors.

Final Inspection:
Final product are inspected by our dedicated Quality Control staff inspectors. Non-conforming product reviewed by our Quality Engineer.

Traceability

Parts:
Final parts are traceable back to the manufacturers ingot number of the material used.

Material:
Material types are color-coded to ensure material integrity.

Documentation:
Ingot numbers kept with each job's quality records for a minimum of 2 years.

Measuring Tools

Tools:
State of the art Brown & Sharpe CMM, Starret Optical Comparator, and Mitutoyo Surface Finish tester. Also, Vernier calipers of all sizes, pin gages, micrometers, etc.

Calibration:
Documented control of inspection and calibration of all measuring tools.

Corrective Action Program

Documentation:
Documented procedures to promptly handle customer concerns / complaints.

Investigation:
Investigation and elimination of root causes of product non-conformity.

Determination:
Rapid determination of product disposition and follow-up plan for returns.
