• Inner Joints - full length and medium length. G.M. provides beveled edges on ground ends of Quartz Inner members for greater chip resistance.
• Solid Inner Joints - Added physical strength, longer life due to new solid design allowing smooth transition between furnace tube and joint.  New!! Smaller sizes now available (see drawing).  Call for prices.
• Outer Joints - full length and medium length. A G.M. Associates, Inc. exclusive design! The exceptional quality of the extra heavy, tooled rim on all sizes of the Outer members, provide greater impact resistance.

• Inner Joints - These G.M. Ground Joints guarantee quality with such characteristics as surface finish, uniform thickness, roundness and accuracy of taper carefully checked on every joint. They are also tooled for strength to assure reliability. Recommended for use in greater vacuum applications.
• Polished Outer Joints - for use with Double O-Ring Inner joints.

• Conical Pipe Flange - Designed for vacuum, pressure, liquid or gaseous systems. The conical Joints have grooves into which gasket material is forced for a tighter seal.

• Ball Joints - Spherical joints insure greater flexibility in alignment of apparatus. The standard quartz ball joints are manufactured with solid heads, for greater durability, up to size 35/25-(GM-5080-09). Standard over all length is approximately 6".
• Large Solid Ball Joints - For apparatus requiring joints with extra strength and durability. GM-5085 series.
• Socket Joints - Again, G.M. Associates' exclusive feature - extra heavy rims on Quartz joints insure greater impact resistance.
• Thomas Pinch Clamp - For use on either ball/socket or O-Ring/glass joints.
• Clamp, Union Type/Aluminum - For positive, uniform clamping pressure. Also recommended for use with Teflon sleeves/ball joints.
• Ball-O-Ring Joints - The "O" ring is located near the mid-point of ground ball surface for flexible, greaseless connection. Useful for high vacuum, applications, and for connecting to stainless steel sockets. The standard Quartz ball O-Ring joints are manufactured solid, for greater durability, up to size 35/25 - (GM-5110-09). Standard over all length is approximately 6".
• Solid Ball O-Ring Joints - GM-5115 series available in sizes listed separately.

Flat 0-Ring Joints (Select a link for Price & Part Number)

• Flat O-Ring Joints - Flat O-ring joints are unground and precision tooled to hold an "O" ring which separates but seals two members. The result is a connection that requires no lubricant. In a vacuum-tight connection which won't stick or freeze and they are assembled by using GM-6751 for large sizes. Flat O-ring joints Pinch Clamps or GM-6746 available in stainless steel upon request.
